Thank-you for choosing The Purple Paisley Shirt as your consignee. It is our honest pledge to consignors to treat each person with respect. As a small business, we ask that each consignor also do the same, as time is limited and the work is always plenty! We appreciate your patience and time.

In order to sign-up as a consignor, please read our Consignment Process and Agreement below and Electronically sign our form. You may also print this page and submit the form by regular mail.

Consignment Agreement Welcome! We're pleased that you want to become part of our shop. Here's how it works:

When you bring items in, we will select what our customers will buy. Sometimes there will be items we cannot sell. Please understand that our customers' preferences must be our selection guidelines. We will display your items for 60 days.

We base our prices on supply and demand. We will get the best possible prices for you. You will receive 50% of the final selling price. The selling price is based on the season and inventory levels. The selling price will be reduced by 25% after the first 3 weeks and by 50% at the 6-week point. Coupons and promotions will affect the selling price. If there is a certain price you would like for a an item, please notify us at the time of drop off.

If you would like to retrieve any unsold items, please do so by the 45th day. It is the sole responsibility of the consignor to find and pull their items. Any unsold items remaining after the 60-day consignment period become property of The Purple Paisley Shirt, LLC and will be donated and/or disposed of.

Stop in for money owed anytime between the 1st and 25th of each month. If you use your credit to shop you will receive an extra 10% off of your purchase that day.

We will do our best to safe guard your items, but we are not responsible for theft, damage or loss. By consigning with us, you attest that you are the rightful owner of the merchandise being consigned and that these items were not obtained illegally or through a non-profit organization.

We look forward to a long and profitable association with you. After all we couldn't do it without you, our partner in consigning.
